About
Joe Cull is a film and television editor with over a decade of experience across HETV, documentaries, and commercials in the UK and the US.
Joe’s career started in Los Angeles, California where he attended the film programme at UCLA. Upon graduating Joe began cutting unscripted films and television series, collaborating on projects for Netflix, Fox Sports and Amazon. Across the projects Joe has worked on, directors and colleagues have described his process as collaborative, thoughtful and adaptable, with a sharp eye for story and rhythm and a positive presence in the edit.
Today, Joe has followed his passion in scripted drama and is back in the UK cutting HETV and Film projects. Some recent credits include the BBC thriller The Listeners, Netflix’s Who Is Erin Carter?, and Season 28 & 29 of Silent Witness. Most recently Joe edited Season 2 of Ellis for Channel 5.
Joe is a member of British Film Editors and is represented by Independent Talent
